嗯……我当时订房的时候看到评论就有说 明明订了房间也确认过了入住信息 但是到了酒店就是各种理由没有房间 要么就是没打扫出来 要么就是房间没有了 是系统自己确认入住的 我当时抱着试一试的心态 没想到果然这样 我和我男朋友到酒店之后 前台先是说房间没打扫出来 说要等半个小时 然后还是一种 本来我们订的就是特惠房 等一会又咋了的意思！我和我男朋友到的时候已经很热了 而且坐了很久的车也很累 酒店前台很小很小 所以我们也不想在等半个小时 然后她就叫我们换房型 说是补77换别的房型 不用等的 然后我们就换了房型 这不是最生气的！第二天我们在酒店的网络系统上面打算再订房间 但是我们钱也不多了 所以不打算续订我们现在住的这个房间！我们就行了另外一个房间 香香公主房 我们去前台换房间的时候 又是给我说没有这个房型了！我真的是很想问问你们酒店 没有这个房型就不要在网上推出来 推出来我们这边订了房间你们还确认了入住！去前台问又说没有房型，又叫我们换房型！我说前台不可以取消嘛！她说不可以 然后我这边也取消不了了 所以如果我们不换房型 就相当于白费了这个房型！没有房间提供入住 我们取消不了 前台也取消不了！
