我是带着11月大的孩子和一个病中的妈妈，我们到机场打电话给酒店，接我们的司机很快就来了，服务主动热情，还给我们介绍了好吃的串串香，（就在酒店附近走路三分钟）前台接待很贴心仔细考虑带着孩子给我留了更方便的房间，大厅的安保大叔真的很有亲和力主动给我抱孩子拿行李送我们进电梯……选择卓鼎酒店真的很满意，下次还来。安全可靠服务一流

床单被子很脏，我用纸擦了半天还是这样，环境还是不错，还有就是早上退房的时候还在对讲里面说我们掉东西了，结果真的掉了，一瓶洁颜粉，老板看到评论可不可以帮我寄过来？？？
