前台服务人员太少，cheng in和check out都等了很久。洗澡的热水放了半个多小时都没有，冻死了，防滑垫很脏（有图）维修人员来处理后，勉强有点热水，温度也不高。应该彻底检修一下了。

这是我住过最差劲的酒店，设施破烂，用具很low，价位还这么高，哪是酒店，比宾馆还差劲，厕所很臭，因为拖鞋的胶味，天气这么冷，竟然没开暖气，真的是很无语，隔音效果也不好，晚上有点吵。前台妹子服务态度不错，早餐也差劲，总之，超级糟糕的入住体验，第二天果断换成其他酒店了，环境好很多，还没这么贵
