这家酒店我们一行人于初一到初三前往入住，平时价格300多的家庭套房，春节期间上涨到900元，这个也就算了。但非常强烈向大家反馈！原因一，旧旧旧，设施非常旧，且破烂，开裂，发霉无处不在，与相片完全差距大，原因二，30层的写字公寓，改为酒店，分为几家不同酒店，电梯只有三台，等死了人，原因三，服务非常不到位，初一入住，初二去旅游区住了，但房费也付了，初三晚12点回到酒店， 发现二天之内，没有服务员进入打扫过任何卫生！！！！！，而且酒店半夜没有人现场值班，只有一个手机遥控班，三天前的垃圾和食物都纹丝不动！！！天啊！！！无房可换！只好投诉到携程，三天的入住费用是2600多，酒店只肯赔偿300元！！！服务水平无法用图片表达，但硬件设施和卫生情况，请大家看图片吧， 请慎重慎重！

两个家庭一起出游的 预订房间很早 价钱很合适 也是看评价选择的 确实不错 离要去的景点都很方便 走路就可以了 有问题老板都痛快的解决 满意 屋内设施齐全

老板人很好，订的大床，给我们一间双人床的房间。房间很大，设施齐全，有冰箱有厨房（虽然用不太上??）。离解放碑和洪崖洞都很近，楼层高，窗外还可以看到夜景。电梯需要刷卡，只能到自己住的楼层。性价比高，个人觉得如果对住宿要求不是特别高的话推荐订这家，挺不错的。

酒店没有早餐、我们入住的这个房间有俩张床、睡四个人完全没有问题，酒店位置非常好、离小吃街非常近……我们是晚上12点多到的、楼下小吃街还是有很多人、而且味道都不错??????
