此条评论只针对艺龙，不针对酒店！作为艺龙几年的老会员，对于艺龙到店无房的处理态度及方案深表心寒！一大家十几个人到了酒店后，没有房间，苦等1个小时，艺龙也没协调下来，心情受影响不说，还影响了一天的行程！当时承诺赔偿，没想到上传发票后艺龙说只赔偿差价部分，也就是要是后来定的酒店没差价艺龙不作任何赔偿！电话客服及网络客服的态度也是置之不理，冷漠无视由自己工作失误给客人带来的影响！试问这样一个无责任感、无温度的服务型公司我还和你合作干什么？！路是你们自己走的，这样只会把你们自己走死了！祝你们早日倒闭！

房间门锁是坏的，不能反锁，只能插门栓，住进去一阵子才发现的所以没区换房，晚上还是有点虚，把手上放了玻璃杯才睡的，门缝粗大，隔音不好，隔壁有几个男的闹到两点多，时不时在走廊里闹一阵，浴室门把手上有不知道哪个女的贴的假睫毛，洗手台上有头发，好在酒店装修不错，性价比还算高吧，下次住进去的时候会仔细检查门锁再住
