前台工作人员服务好，热情，不会开投影，打了电话不到5分钟就上来帮我们处理了，效率高，全程保持微笑，也很有礼貌，房间没有差距，是实景图，房间干净，整洁，很愉快的一次入住

去看了环境，感觉是很久没有人住的小旅馆，价格还比同栋楼的商务酒店贵，于是没有入住酒店，却被告知可以不住但不能退款。br从当天下午四点一直沟通退款事宜到晚上，酒店已各种奇葩理由不同意退款。br当时为了保险起见购买了退房险，而退房险也因为看过房间不能理赔，在购买的时候却没有明确提示哪些情况可以理赔，购买以后这个情况不能陪，那个情况也不能陪，也怪自己太相信平台。br以后不会再使用同程网，住酒店也建议各位选择连锁类的，华住旗下的汉庭和全季都很好，这种小旅馆是坑一个算一个的。
