服务极差，我给朋友订两间清新古韵大床房，订前带我看过的，当时也说有房，酒店确认接单，第二天入住前给一朋友说没有了，换成标间，晚上checkin前直接给我们把两间房型都给换了，明明换成另外较差较小较便宜的完全不一样的房型，还非说是一样的，后面又讲给我们换的是更好的！！这是当消费者是傻子吗？跟前台耗半天，小孩子还需要休息，人家最后也没给出个方案…总之这是我在铜梁住店里让人觉得最糟糕的一次，没有之一！酒店老板注意到他家的这个问题，整改这种完全属于忽悠欺骗消费者的服务！那种不专业的员工不要也罢！
