到了发现没有门禁，晚上出去回来还得麻烦人家保安开门刷卡上电梯。没有热水，放了很久还是冷水。洗的冷水澡。第二天我们十点钟准备洗漱出门，结果阿姨跟我说99要进来换床单，我说暂时还不是很方便，她问我还要多久，我很清楚的跟她说洗漱一下最多十分钟，结果我把门关起来，准备换衣服，人家直接自己进来了。我从卫生间出来看到她自己在换床单，整个人都是蒙的，第一次见到这么不尊重人的，我都说了十分钟就好，结果我们还没走她就开始打扫卫生，我们连卫生间都没法用。体验极差！！！！

开始定的特价房，跟杂物间似的，加钱换了一个标间，换房间居然是加微信转账然后给我房间号和密码，感觉这酒店不安全，从头到尾都没有看见过前台。
