酒店房间卫生间配套不完善，洗澡水忽热忽冷根本谈不上享受，能用热水洗完澡就已经不错了!
前台服务员对业务不熟悉，我们随行的一人使用中国公民护照登记的，前台女孩儿叫我们去当地街道派出所备案，结果去了以后人家民警说根本用不着，结果来来回回折腾了三个小时，回来问她到底知不知道怎么办，她还说现在就是她的错，我看怎么办吧？！态度极其差劲。以后再不会住这家了，更不会给朋友推荐，极其差评!

位置特别好，楼下就是解放碑，也好找，就在LV楼上。装修简约好看，很喜欢。因为楼层高所以也很安静。去哪都很方便，离地铁超近

房间很干净，也很舒服，就在解放碑商圈里面，很方便，就是两点去入住的时候，房间还没收拾好，所以等到晚上去的，客房阿姨应该很忙吧哈哈哈哈

又被携程忽悠了，酒店公寓都不叫，叫艺术酒店。应该是商业楼改造的，一进房间一股臭味，打电话去前台说没房间可换，只能来喷喷香水。早上一早就被清理阿姨在外面聊天吵醒，窗帘算是块薄布吧。本来应该住两晚但提前离开，送钱都不再住。

第一晚是榻榻米，房间很小，灯光好暗，设备都好旧特别是淋浴，洗澡洗着就没热水了。第二天前台说是维修了，抱着希望想着第二晚也换了大床房应该好过点，结果房间是好很多了起码能正常使用，虽然床还是榻榻米的。可是出来旅游洗个舒服的澡很重要，这里几秒钟换一次冷热水，而且是极冷极热的那种，洗个澡快崩溃掉。讲完，拜拜👋

酒店位置很好，坐在房间里就能看见解放碑和步行街。酒店不提供早餐，楼下周边就有很多好吃的小吃，酒店环境优美，安静舒适！
