门锁打不开，连续两天两间都要叫人开，而且每全店一名服务员。洗浴液没有，连打四次电话，头湿半小时才送到。连续两天早餐只有一发黑莲菜，其余皆外送，凉的，门二两天无见一丝肉。宣传极不真实。同程和他们合伙骗人。
