之前了解过说重庆的酒店服务态度很不好，这次是真的体会到了，确实是很不好呀，那个前台比顾客都还凶，一点儿也没有感受到顾客是上帝啊！还有，希望各位慎选这家住宿，这个网上的名字看到这么有艺术感，实际上酒店的名字都不一样，实际就是叫什么索引酒店哦，说是说是酒店，其实就是私人老板开的住宿，厕所是很脏，看着都很烦，外面照镜子的地方灯还很暗，根本看不清，还不如不用，所以各位慎选啊！

首先，酒店前台态度一般般，问话爱闹不闹咧，其次，酒店热水洗中间居然凉了（透心凉），又烫了，郁闷，最后，同价格的其他房间有两个窗户，导致房间不是很明亮。

房间装饰布置很漂亮干净，位置方便，3号线狮子坪下车出站就能看见，唯一就是入住那天没热水，说是坏了，但第二天早上还是只有温水
