距离江北机场T2航站楼仅5分钟车程，酒店有专车接到酒店，设施齐全比较新，早餐很丰盛，下楼就是美食一条街，吃饭方便。不足是房间打开门有股甲醛味，也许是装潢时间不久吧。

重庆下了飞机租了车五分钟开到酒店，酒店很棒，价格也不高，早餐在六楼的平台，下着雨非常有感觉，很丰盛

已经几次入住了，前几次不觉得有什么不妥，昨晚23:30办的入住，在携程订的房，明明白白写着提供送机服务，办理入住以后问送机的问题，前台说已经满员了，6，7，8点的都没有了，请自己叫车去机场！
我反复问了几次都是这种回答，我就有点火大了，标好了有送机服务，办理时又没有是几个意思？请问这个不该酒店解决么？这是我需要考虑的问题么？不知道这是什么服务，还四星，本来从来不想浪费时间写点评，给友们做个参考，免得掉坑里了！
最后我耐着性子再问时，旁边的工作人员说:请7点到门口，有车的！这什么服务星级？
