酒店前台的小姐姐很热情 服务也到位；
酒店位置位於景点内，小住一宿很有感觉。打车到磁器口星巴克，可以乘坐电梯上去步行100米左右直接就到景点了，位置很好找，也不用爬台阶；
屋里面积比较大，设施也很新

房间很乾净，前台服务特别好，第二天赶着起早去仙女山6点多出发，餐厅7点才有早餐！和前台説了一下，帮我们准备了一些牛奶和麪包，让我们路上吃，特别贴心！需要啥第一时间回应，地点在古镇里，逛累了可以直接回酒店美美的泡个澡??休息！

酒店直接在磁器口古镇内，交通很是方便！设施配套也很不错！
酒店的服务非常棒，前台工作人员小马、小徐很是尽心解答我们的问题。前台工作人员小温也很好，入住或离开酒店，都贴心为我们搬运行李????都点赞！

环境：闹中取静，超好，很出片，天黑了之後加上灯光更好看！
服务：重庆路不好找，刚到的时候小哥还会去楼下接我们帮我们拿行李，服务热情
设施：啥都有，不远就是地铁站

呢间酒店非常之好，不单止方便，环境非常之好，早餐亦都愿意延迟半小时给我哋。还有因为有急事需要需要取消最後两晚，酒店亦都愿意帮我哋处理，而且非常之有礼貌。最後，走的时候还送给我们小礼品。

位置在磁器口景区内，停车或者打车到达後需要步行几分钟，提前给酒店电话，酒店会安排工作人员接送；
酒店房间宽敞，布局合理，设施完善，位置虽然在景区，但是闹中取静，不影响休息；唯一不足的是早餐，第一天10点去很多东西都没有了，以为是去晚了，第二天九点去，很多东西也没了，没有服务人员及时关注和添加，找服务员反馈後，效率也不高；
总的来説还是满意，下次来重庆在沙坪坝区还是会来住这里，只是希望改善不足；
另外，离店时将充电线掉酒店了，服务人员及时联系并邮寄回家，非常感谢！！

这次到重庆玩儿入住了磁器口古镇里的华舫酒店，绝对是一家宝藏酒店啊，大隐於市、闹中取静，偏中式风格中带一点小复古小现代，楼顶有无边泳池，天冷了不敢游，看风景也很不错，整个酒店无论从设施、衞生、环境、服务都非常满意，特别给小钟小徐的细致服务点赞，下次来还住这儿??

设施：酒店内及房屋设备很新，使用方便
衞生：非常乾净，负责房间打扫的服务人员以及管家每天会询问是否方便打扫
环境：酒店内整体环境非常好，晚上回酒店会有保安通报，对於个人旅游很安全
服务：店内服务非常到位，尤其小谭和小熊两位酒店工作人员态度热情，服务认真负责，以及一位男前台服务人员会主动帮忙拿行李并介绍酒店内路标及各项服务设施。

We had a fantastic time at Huafang Hotel. Located right in the midst of old city attractions, and convenient for metro travel too.
Beautiful facilities, infinity pool with a great view, spacious and well-appointed rooms. Exceeded expectations!
The staff were fantastic. They went above and beyond to help us with receiving packages, with our heavy luggage, and with answering questions. Thank you Xiao Tan and Xiao Xiong!
The only minor challenge is the main road does not come up to the front of the hotel. But the hotel staff were there to greet us at the road and carry our luggage up to the entrance.

This is by far the best service, most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed. The staff and atmosphere are very nice. I will definitely stay here again, and totally recommend it. The area is also very nice, in Ciqikou, lots of shops and beautiful Chinese buildings around.
