The hotel is at the back of the mall which the mall has no entry door to their lobby have to use the main door of the hotel which is in the lower ground floor of the mall to access the hotel elevator or go to the back entrance of the mall which has an access to the hotel elevator.

Rooms are okay, with nice bathtubs and furniture. Staff are friendly.
The biggest problem is their "smart" appliances. The only way to control lights is through voice commands, which are in Chinese of course. If you don't speak Chinese, you can't turn the lights on/off, which is ridiculous. We had to record the staff saying "turn on" and "turn off" and use that recording to control the lights. We also couldn't control the individual lights (toilet light for example), only all lights on or off.

房间乾净漂亮，地理位置好，去景点都很方便，附近就是八一美食街。连续住了三晚，很满意哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈

酒店在十八梯附近，离地铁2号线校场口站不远，我们住的双床房空间还比较宽敞，浴室，衞生间和洗脸池都是分开的，设施和衞生都还可以。
