There's no laundry room in this hotel and it is very inconveniet, to send off for washing via housekeeping is too expensive, I like that it is quite spacious and they provide bath robe, but one time one cleaning lady just open my door without permission when I was resting inside which is rude,

Our special thanks to Ms 彭清菊 who kindly and speedily arranged to upgrade our room when the one we checked in had problem with the toilet flush, she even personally assisted in transferring our luggages to the new room.
When we checked out today (18/1), again we were given special help by Ms 熊兴虹 to get transport for our trip to the airport hotel.

There is no air/cond in the room, they said weather in this time the hotel don’t turn on the A/c. Very stuffy room .

1. They seriously need to think about the stinky smell inside the rooms. Carpets should be upgraded immediately. Keeping windows open in a moist environment does not help . Otherwise an elegant one with excellent spacious rooms. 2. The service desk should have at least one English speaking help available to cater to foreign tourists. 3. Proper clear English maps and directions to various city spots needed . With an excellent Metro and Bus transport of this Great amazing city it is otherwise almost unusable for foreign tourists if not clear.

The location is perfect, just right outside of metro and good location. The hotel is not new but very clean with excellent services. Breakfast is good with Chinese and Western styles.

The hotel is only 4 stops from Chongqing North Railway Station by line 3. To get to the hotel one should go through the passage.
We liked the room so much. It's quite big and bright with many kinds of amenities and some fruit as well!
The breakfast is served from 7 to 10 pm on the 6th floor. It includes Asian and Western cuisine.
Definitely recommend Air China Hotel Chongqing!
