强烈劝退！
抱歉，标题党了。平心而论，这家酒店的地理位置和硬件条件还是很不错，在五一长假这个黄金时段的提价也没有特别离谱，大约是平日的两倍左右。硬件设施家人和我都赞不绝口，总体来説设施很新，科技含量也很高。这本来应该是一次愉快的入住体验，但恶劣的服务让以上的一切赞美都白费了，绝对值得一个差评。
入住当晚，我们很早就入睡了，大约晚上11点的时候，门外的走廊上变得异常的吵闹，经过探查才发现相邻的几间房，住的是认识的人在开party，把门大敞，并且在走廊上跑来跑去。早上把我们都吵醒了，出门看情况的时候发现有人喝得铭酊，大醉倒在走廊上。我们把一切都电话向前台反映了，希望酒店能有所管理，但是他们无动於衷。多次打电话给酒店前台，他们才答应派了保安上来，但是并没有什麽效果，这帮助客的party一直持续到晚上12点过，搞得整层楼都没法睡觉。再次打电话询问前台进人，説以为保安已经上去过了。我们打了多个电话给酒店前台，前台的应对让人很失望。整条走廊都是这帮人吵闹的声音，让我们这家人一晚上都没能睡好。管理好噪音本来就是酒店的义务。
酒店房间的隔音本来就不好，这个可以理解，但是一家酒店允许在五一长假期间的晚上11点有人集体开party，这简直是令人发指的管理。如果酒店管理方想要了解详细情况，欢迎和我联系。
如果你对这方面有较高的要求，还是不要入住这家酒店了。

原本打算把这家店发展成我出差重庆的固定居住地，但住了一晚後感觉一言难尽，对我而言，其综合性价比偏低！
优点：房间很大，敞亮，智能化程度很高！
缺点：
1，空调不制热，3月阴雨连绵，直接冻成冰块！
2，晚上毫无徵兆的突然全屋断电，幸好我在房间里，假如在浴室里，那岂不尴尬、恐怖？
3，床头插座位置不人性化，手机放置成问题！
4，与隔壁房间之间的墙壁尽然是非实体墙，隔壁两小夥大声言语到凌晨3点半，本来我睡眠质量非常差，第二天早上还要赶飞机，被吵的一夜只睡了3个小时！真的很恼火！！！

前台小姑娘服务非常热情，整个酒店高端、大气，上档次，我经常出差，常住酒店，相对应别的酒店来信价比超值，停车方便，早餐自助很丰富，来重庆不妨住e家酒店（大竹林），距离地铁也很近，交通便利人

It’s in a good location if you want to be walking distance from Raffles hospital. I stayed for one night and I enjoyed my stay. Check in and out was very quick and convenient. I only speak English and the staff were able to communicate with me effectively. Also, they were very helpful and were willing to help me at any time. A staff contacted me via WeChat to make themselves available if I had anymore concerns. I would strongly consider this hotel again if I need to be in the area.
