写这个点评是想特别感谢丽枫酒店的前台李姓小姐姐
1. 刚到酒店的时候我就看到她在和一个找不到路的客人视频通话耐心的给客人指路，前后估计有半小时了吧！
2. 办完入住进电梯，拿卡刷电梯不一小心把身份证掉电梯井了。我是外省人，来重庆出差，第二天还要赶高铁。求前台小姐姐帮忙，她快速联系物业人员，物业来看了后马上也联系了电梯公司。
3. 本来説电梯公司要第二天才能来，所以小姐姐就热情的带我去车站，告诉我办理临时证件的地方。
4. 没想到电梯公司的人过来了并且找到了我的证件，非常感谢这些人，因为我的不小心给他们造成的麻烦。重庆人真是太热情太好了，非常感谢他们！

第一次锦江荟品牌的酒店，酒店订单一确定就有前枱员工提供正确位置资讯。抵达登记时，一杯热茶已即时送上，很温馨。酒店房间很乾净舒适，虽然没有窗景但却有厨窗植物。浴室的有智能马桶及可调节背景音乐的遥控。
这里的员工素质频高，退房时，前枱姐姐还会提醒坐高铁需要支装水吗，真的很暖心。品牌大使让我难忘，有机会我会再试试其他锦江旗下荟酒店。

酒店在西站一出不用五分钟就能到达！房间乾净整齐！不过外面工程和楼下有装修，十分嘈吵。因为晚上才到达重庆，住一晚上昨休息，所以可接受！早上早餐是自助的，选择不多，味道一般。酒店有送当地手信作小礼物。

1. 赴疆旅途的宝藏落脚点！酒店位置超便利，步行可达商圈还近景区接驳点，推窗就能瞥见远处雪山轮廓，治癒感拉满～房间乾净整洁无异味，床品柔软亲肤，隔音效果绝绝子，熬夜赶行程也能睡个安稳觉。工作人员热情又贴心，主动推荐本地小众美食和避坑攻略，还帮忙升级了观景房，细节处全是诚意！早餐种类丰富，热粥小菜、新疆特色烤包子应有尽有，营养又美味。性价比直接封神，下次来新疆还选这家，已经推荐给同行的朋友啦！

Walking distance from High Speed Rail station. Same building hosts 2 different hotel receptions - good to be aware of its Chinese name - 丽枫酒店 (重庆西站站前广场店). Need to walk to ride-hailing spot at Chongqing West Railway Station for DiDi - follow the directions at the station.

Super convenient, the hotel is directly next to Chongqing North Railway Station. CRT Metro Line is right below the railway station. Room is bright, clean, & spacious. Food outlets available around the hotel.

酒店的服务非常好，前台接待也很热情房间整洁干净，也没什么异味，最主要的是离高铁西站特别近就在高铁西站旁边，走路两三分钟就到很方便。值得推荐

酒店位置很方便，西站就在边上，前台服务也很好，房间住得很舒服，床品也很舒适，定制香氛的洗护沐很好用，推荐。确实很好，还送了早餐，尽量满足了顾客需求
