第一晚没有热水，第二晚朋友洗澡时出水的花洒突然从墙壁脱落，还好没砸到朋友的头，立刻请人来重新安装好了。但是这个情况的发生就不应该存在。所以朋友挺生气的。唯一不错的就是服务人员态度一直不错，也积极解决，虽然耗时比较长。

网上订的酒店，两天，结账的时候却发现第二天的价格跟我订的不一样，前台的解释是节假日不一样。个人觉得，这种情况，应该在第一天办理入住的时候告诉顾客。而且房里里我觉得略坑，小食品区有价格牌，但是没有写水，水和需要收费的食品没有放在一起，单独放在了电视机的另一边，还没有写价格，顺手喝了4瓶，到结账的时候才知道一瓶18。个人觉得，需要收费的东西还是应该在一起或者标明价格，顾客有知情权，然后决定要不要消费。最后，地理位置是相当方便了，去逛街或者坐地铁或者洪崖洞，都可以步行。卫生和环境还不错。
