酒店环境很好，但是服务真是不敢恭维。入住前打电话跟酒店确认，前台接电话，竟然连一句“你好”都没有，这种服务态度真是让人诧异。到酒店停车场，有两位负责接待的，说让我们自己走下去，自己在旁边说笑，说接送车现在有事，服务态度非常不专业。到达酒店大厅，前台接待人员态度松散，没有接待茶水和糕点，所谓的管家服务，送我们到房间门口，开门以后转身就走了，没有介绍房间里面的一切设施。没有24小时点餐服务，4:30打电话点餐，说要晚餐时间才可以点餐，酒店旁边没有任何可以吃饭的地方，所以酒店没有24小时点餐服务是不是太不人性化？我们定的江景精选客房，到达酒店被告知不能免费试用户外温泉，预定酒店的时候，房间信息并没有这一项声明。住店客人竟然还需要额外支付室外温泉这种规定也是天雷滚滚。希望酒店能改善下服务，毕竟酒店价格还是偏高的，希望能物有所值。

硬件设施还可以有提升空间，酒店周围环境美丽。自己也是重庆人，这个地方毕竟是以前的北温泉公园。客房服务很好

休闲的度假。正好遇到抄经文打香篆的活动，很有意思。自然环境很好，温汤峡听雨，是总享受。服务也非常到位。值得推荐。
