酒店房间门不能从里边反锁，找了服务员来还态度恶劣，说反正别人打不开。我还怕他们给我打开了…br前台服务还行br酒店周围到了晚上没有灯光，没有人烟。旁边没有吃饭的地方，也没有便利店。只有在酒店餐厅去点餐。选择开车去找吃饭的地方。br整体来讲一般，虽然不差，但觉得和其他住过的四星级酒店比起来差多了…

1.淡季去的，人很少。br2.前台态度比较，嗯，冷淡吧。我们到的晚，前台没人，后来打了前台电话人员出来，办理入住。br3.入住到房间以后，才打电话来说，全酒店空调都坏了，只能提供暖风机。（如果入住前就说，我肯定就不住了）br4.11月的重庆，没有空调，真的很冷。暖风机比较小。

前台服务员态度跟死了妈一样…烧水壶是坏的…水被人开了一瓶喝没换 …马桶脏到无与伦比…连洗漱用品都没有…就这样的酒店 1星都不想给

酒店周边空气好，吃饭不方便，三泉镇上没什么吃的，都在酒店吃的。订的豪华标间，入住后才发现除了面积大点，多个浴缸，没什么区别，感觉豪华房性价比不高！
