酒店房间是钢结构隔的上下两层，房间较旧，隔音很差！打扫得不干净。开个发票结果服务员都找不到财务章，开的发票根本用不了！

房间边上有个跃层套房，各种上下楼咚咚咚，隔壁的聊天声声声入耳。隔音超级差！没有使用房内商品退房时被说使用了，不过我们说没有使用之后也没有扯皮，就是前台还不错了。
