酒店说是当地最好的酒店，但是设备有点陈旧了，还在厕所发现有小蟑螂。最最最让人生气的是，退房时候开专票开了25分钟。在去吃早餐之前就已经给前台开专票的信息，叫其帮我开专票和水单。服务员用手机拍好照，说好。那时候前台没什么房客退房。但是等我吃早餐下来，前台堆满人，想说句话也难，等到能插个缝说话问，谁知道服务员来一句，已经退房啦，然后我问发票呢，又没有人应答了。不知道这家酒店的服务员是如何培训的。很没有水平也不专业。希望以后不会来这个地方。

酒店大堂很配四星标准，但客房内部还不如连锁酒店，霉味非常大，床偏硬，家具旧，衣柜的外皮已经翘起，显得破破烂烂，卫生间到处是霉斑，不过洗澡水还是不错的，位置还可以，就是周围的配套设施不完善，没有像样的饭店，二楼有餐厅，菜量大，味道一般，三楼的早餐比较简单，味道一般般，前台服务员的态度一般不热情，可能是因为在艺龙上订房的原因，从入住到结账离店都优先别人先办，一直拖着我，放到最后办理，这次入住是在重庆三天里最不满意的一次入住

酒店的环境非常好，去景区游玩也相当的方便，特别是酒店吃的宽田火锅很不错，价格便宜，味道地道，中央空调也很凉快，值得推荐

还行吧，不过淋浴是坏的，床单干净但是有破损。其他都还可以环境可以，在市区交通便利，吃东西也方便。
