在网上比较了几家酒店选择了柯澜，房间干净舒适，房间大，配备智能设备，酒店六楼有个大露台，适合喝茶发呆，前台的晴晴和书书服务热情，有欢迎水果，退房时送了小点心和雪碧，值得入住。

五一节几天入住了几家同类型酒店，不比不知道，比较之后才知道，虽然硬件都相同，但这家酒店的服务员舒舒小姐更加专业，细心，温馨！让我们旅行更加舒服！

这个酒店应该是新开的，各项硬件和软件服务都不错，尤其是在前台晴晴，办理入住的时候看见有小朋友给了一个小玩偶，离开的时候是早上，贴心给了一份小糕点早餐。周边非常安静，在一个小区里面，窗户是可以开一半的，非常通风，五一节入住的时候晚上都不用开空调。离万州打卡的老字号其实也不远，可以打车去打卡网红小吃，或者走路20几分种也可以到，走路就是需要爬坡，有点考验人。

酒店和介绍的图片一样。因为相片里照了家人，所以不上传了。
装修都很新，各种设施都是电子化，非常智能，还有个机器人因为挤不上电梯给我们让路。
干净卫生，各种东西都可以放心使用。
点菜的菜品很好，性价比高，早餐的面很好吃。
前台的美女晴晴温柔热情，所有员工素质都很高。
亲子方面做的特别好，小朋友的杯子，垫脚凳，马桶垫，小拖鞋特别可爱。我家孩子特别满意。
来万州的不二之选！！
