酒店硬件很好，完全是4星的标准，可能是管理的问题，卫生清扫很差，卫生间地上有头发，台盆很脏，镜子有灰，房间里桌上不少灰，杯子里有黄色的水迹等，写这些不是想给酒店难堪，而是觉得这么好的酒店硬件可惜了，希望酒店领导加强管理，特别是卫生清扫人员管理。

住得最贵的一次，却感受最差。地毯太脏，床单异味太大了，时不时就一股臭味飘进鼻子，这是我最不能忍受的。房间又闷。临街，太吵。一晚上都没睡好。200多价位，太坑人，太不划算。

整个酒店设计比较好，设施比较新，算梁平比较好的酒店。亮点有:走廊照明采用红外感应开关，避免了声控的扰民和能源节约。室内采用照明软启动，比较人性化。房间面积足够，卫生较好。缺点有:早餐品质较差。房间内没有一次性拖鞋，备有的塑料拖鞋有让客人感染脚气的风险。控烟不力，大堂和走廊随意让人吸烟。
