大堂和前台工作人员很有礼貌。房间干净整洁，也比较大，布置得很温馨，很舒服，位置非常棒。酒店设施总体上还是可以的。非常非常满意的一次入住体验。

脏、乱、差，设备陈旧不说，房间里卫生也很差，打开抽屉，发现有一个带血的护垫，由于太晚看到，就没有叫服务员了，第二天早上一早，被搞卫生的阿姨吵醒，隔音太差，阿姨们声音也太大了，希望经过培训后再上岗！楼梯上有地毯，又在地毯上铺了一层白色床单，不知道什么意思，看上去就像办丧事的感觉，恐怖及了！
