家庭房只配两套用具，很尴尬。蚊子多，打了4只，没打完。一些细节地方卫生没做到位，比如抽屉里，还放了一瓶不知名液体，纸巾等等。

酒店的位置不太好找，第二是这个酒店的杯子可以用一次性的好点，第三是不太安全，谁都可以进来，我在里面有人从门缝塞了一张小卡片进来。其他都还好

位置不错，靠近地铁站，又在重庆北站附近，交通很方便。楼下就是商圈，一应俱全，下次在重庆歇脚应该还会来。房间的布置和清洁应该三星级以上，性价比应该说非常不错了。

其他都不说了，都很好，22日入住，23号早上退房的时候，要求开票，前台小姑娘要求提供开票信息，拿手机给她看，不耐烦，非要写下来，由于要开专票，又要求我提供地址电话等一切信息，已告知15号开过一次，只有抬头税号即可，当时就这么开的，当然这些信息是需要的，不过系统会自动跳出来，前台小姑娘很强硬的告诉我没有详细信息就没法开，可能是业务不熟吧，不过态度实在让人难接受，最后给她看了上次开的票才解决，人员服务意识真的需要加强
