没有见过这么烂的皇冠，门丝毫不隔音，Wi-Fi完全无法使用，插头跳闸无法使用，手机充电都不行，对于一个旅客，第二天手机没电出门真的是够了，到处找能充电的地方坐，想看个地图叫个车只能靠运气。还有更扯淡的！浴缸把水放掉需要10小时！而且下水管道噪音非常大！一晚上没能睡着。地毯脏的一塌糊涂，还有尖利的塑料品，直接给脚底扎出血！酒店没有丝毫诚意，既不退款也不打折，说是要找艺龙，钱是艺龙收的，酒店没有收钱不负这个责任！皇冠和艺龙....我只能说做大了，不要脸了。
