到酒店办理入住前台主动免费升级房型，房间面积很大，卫生特别干净，全落地窗，房间智能化，蓝牙耳机音质很好，还有配置冰箱特别方便，自己也可以买点饮料冰冻，前台服务热情周到细致，入住测量体温酒店安全安心，免费提供创可贴，很暖心，餐厅品种丰富多样，酒店地理位置优越，附近有大型商场步行街逛街很方便，房间网络很好速度很快，酒店洗澡水压刚刚好，服务太棒了，下次一定再来！值得推荐！

前台妹妹很可爱说话软软糯糯，服务在桔子中算中庸水平吧，进房间的时候阿姨刚好收拾完，挺有礼貌的，地段闹中取静，总体不错。

在重慶桔子酒店(新壹街)住了四日，覺得酒店房間大、清潔、清靜。早餐很好，有粥、麵包、油條、菜、饅頭、咸蛋、水菓等食品，唯一不足是缺少了火腿等食物。
服務員態度良好，見面時總會問好，更替我們网上訂車去機場，真的要感謝當時的前台服務員。
酒店附近有公交車站和地鐵站，出入方便，而且又近觀音橋步行街，雖然我們吃不了麻辣，但我們在觀音橋嘗試了我們人生的第一個麻辣火鍋！
