跟天怡国宾比起来真的差很多 不是环境 就拿一点来说 前台办理入住的人员竟然还在吃口香糖。而且是一服漫不经心的感觉 态度真的不好。但是房间挺大的就卫生间打扫的不是挺干净 地上竟然还有头发 还有水 我退房的时候在前台站了28分钟 我的一个私人物品掉在房间了 我回家才发觉。但这28分钟查房那么久就没有通知一哈我 我也是呵呵了。 还是一句话 前台服务态度真的不行真的想要好好学习天怡国宾 因为前台代表了你们整个酒店的第一印象 我有几个朋友在你们那里住了都这样说 其他的都挺好的 比较价格在哪里。
