服务真的不咋样，欢迎水果也没有都是问前台要了才送了，下午茶什么的都没东西，夜宵这种都要送到房间，而不是去餐厅，出去玩的不可能为了下午茶和夜宵特意去吃，这些都要送到房间，等于没有吃，不是要吃多少而是一份心意，难道我要等着去吃下午茶，我在外面玩为了下午茶还要回酒店特意去吃吗哈哈哈，夜景是可以的

酒店位置好，就在重庆市中心；大堂在重庆大集Pagoda君亭设计酒店（解放碑洪崖洞店） 57楼，很方便的。走路去洪崖洞，和解放碑都很近的。房间大，落地窗，很清洁，有品位；很优雅温馨。前台服务接待热情周到。早餐也丰盛美味。还可以免费洗衣服，烘干设备等齐全。下次来重庆还会住在这里。

酒店很新，服务很好，早餐还可以但不是特别丰富，但对得起优惠价格。酒店因为是办公楼改造，在50多层，高空景色很棒，设施算不上很豪华，卫生间略小，但很干净。位置很不错，离解放碑、魁星楼、山城步道步行都只有十分钟，观音桥打车半小时，节假日性价比还可以。马路对面陈胖子火锅好吃推荐～

1. Fantastic location. Easy to access all major touristic spots just in walking distance. We were so happy about hotel's location.
2. Horrible cleanliness of the hotel. Worst experience ever. Hotel is really dirty. Just do not know who to blame - the staff or the guests that act like pigs. Trash all over the lobby, cigarette butts in the elevator, cigarette smoke smell at the corridors.
3. Breakfast - average. Definitely not a 5 star hotel level.
4. Room had a great river bank view. This is it what positive I can say about hotel room. The rest things only negative: toilet with openings at the top of the door that all the odor could come into the living space, bathtub is in the open space - definetelly not for families with children. Shower and toilet partitions are made out of black see-through glass. When someone is at the toilet - others can see what is he/she doing - no privacy.
5. Staff speaks English very poorly or does not speak at all. We used digital translator to communicate with receptionist. It is clear that hotel is not ready to accept foreign tourists.

整体蛮好的。
设施：水压很大，很舒服，洗澡体验很好。但是餐饮上，晚上的宵夜没有甜品，只有粥品和小菜，问了阿姨说晚上没有甜品，那为什么还要在服务界面写呢？
卫生：卫生也蛮好，在提出诉求下可以更换床单被罩。
环境：环境也很好，视野很开阔。
服务：服务可以，取外卖麻烦了点，到房时只有两套拖鞋和牙刷，入住时有写三人入住，这点小细节有待改进。

酒店交通便利，房间特别大，很干净，还有超大的落地窗，当窗帘缓缓打开，重庆的景色在高空一览无馀，不仅千厮门大桥、魁星楼、甚至还能看见三峡博物馆和人民大礼堂，还配备了望远镜，娃很喜欢。夜景更是一绝，都不用特地去外面人挤人看夜景了，在房间就能享受超豪华夜景。酒店的电梯虽然需要在44楼换乘，但是很安全，而且基本上都是我们一家人一部电梯，也不需要等待，所以也不觉得麻烦。稍微有点欠缺的是早饭，品种不太丰富，味道一般，能改进一下就完美了。但是瑕不掩瑜，下次来重庆还会考虑入住。

住重庆大集Pagoda君亭设计酒店解放碑洪崖洞店太值了！位置绝了，步行到洪崖洞5分钟，解放碑10分钟，晚上逛完夜景回来超方便，还能避开景区人流。
酒店设计很有山城特色，大堂用了老重庆元素，房间视野好，部分房型能看到江景。床品舒服，隔音不错，在热闹地段居然睡得很沉。
早餐有重庆小面和酸辣粉，味道正宗，前台还会贴心推荐小众爬坡路线。性价比拉满，下次来重庆还选这家！

以下均为真实、客观评价：
先说好的吧，服务态度不错、酒店景观也很好、酒店位置很好，去哪里都很方便！
尽管如此，但还是挽救不了糟糕的入住体验！
1、清洁卫生有问题：换房后的厕所很脏，叫前台让阿姨上来二次清洁，我亲眼目睹清洁阿姨用一个不知道搞过多少个厕所的湿答答的海绵棍，刷完马桶内部继续刷马桶坐位再继续刷按钮，然后又用一条不知道擦过多少个厕所的湿答答的毛巾，里里外外又擦了一遍马桶…看完之后，我没当场指出，因为赶着出门，但心里非常膈应！这是我亲眼看到！弄完之后，阿姨没有洗手，就把提着清洁用品开门走了。以至于我马上下单买了清洁用品，还是自己动手吧，哎！对了，我们晚上游玩回到酒店还发现了地上的白瓜子，这不是属于我们的！另外，我们换了房间，相当于住了2个房间啦，但是！不约而同是花洒有黄色污渍，很脏，幸好有顶喷，但我用消毒纸巾擦了顶喷，也是挺脏的，用了好几张消毒纸巾才勉强看不到污渍。希望加强培训！很难想象阿姨清洁后有没有消毒过自己手再来换床品、毛巾、饮料等！
2、隔音问题：第一晚，管道流水声伴随冰箱滴答声，一晚没睡好，第二天，我们要求前台处理，前台帮忙换了房间！但是！这个房间四面八方传来的是附近几个房间的电视机声音！一清二楚！当然还少不了门外的叫喊声、敲门声、冰箱的滴答声等等，只要不属于轻声细语，都听得一清二楚！怎么睡啊！声声入耳！两晚都睡不好！
3、饮食问题：酒店的早餐和下午茶真的非常一般！选择少、口味一般。
我一般都不评价酒店的，但我希望大家能看到真实中立一面，请自主选择！

房间风景特别好，高层
设施：设施挺新的，一开始空调制冷不够，立刻有工作人员来修了，很好。
卫生：卫很干净。

服务：服务好，外卖能放到44层外卖桌，很方便。
