已经在石柱人宾住了好几次了，服务越来越到位，宾馆最近两年的服务意识提升很大，宾馆内部也重新进行了装修，虽然受制于地理位置，每个房间的面积有限，但是新装后温馨感和细节已经做出来了，点个赞

县镇府旁边，应该是在县城中心，交通比较便利，停车方便，旁边还有一个步行街，晚上逛街比较方便，特别惊喜的是房间还精心布置过，知道我有用餐需求，前台还特意送了我一张餐劵，感谢前台小姐姐！

服务热情，周到，漂亮的园林式建筑，令人心情舒畅，卫生环境挺好，宾至如归的感觉，下次有机会会再次光临石柱人宾，亲们可以亲自去体验下，会一直推荐的，感谢人宾的服务员。

难以言语，给5分，只希望家乡的酒店越做越好，越做越强，从进门开始，保安、前台、餐饮服务员、客房服务员，所有员工的状态给我的感觉是在这里养老，无任何服务意识，员工的状态反应着人宾的管理文化，可能是领导的原因，可能是体制的原因，可能是年龄大的原因，硬件设施对得起200的价格，但可以做得更好却没有做，可惜了优越的地理位置，希望你们所做的一切对得起自己的职业，对得起人民宾馆四个字，祝愿石柱人民宾馆越来越好，成为石柱一流酒店。

楼道看起来陈旧，房门没有反锁链，但房间内部还可以，空间宽敞，大双床，床品也舒服，卫生间感觉也是装修不久的，唯一就是地漏不太通畅，洗澡下水流得慢
