房间里有浴缸，我想泡个澡，去前台要消毒液，但没有。我问前台那没有消毒液你们是如何消毒的呢……前台说有专门的清洁液，我说那我要点专门的清洁液清洗一下，前台说马上帮我要，然后就没然后了……

家人同行的 小孩子泡茶时不小心摔坏了小茶壶的盖子 我们主动告诉前台 第二天前台告诉我们说要赔偿一整套的茶具（包括底座，茶壶，两个茶杯，两个茶罐）一共200元 我也同意了 付了200元后。退房时店家又说赔的200元只包括一个没有盖子的茶壶和两个小杯子，底座和茶罐服务员说不是一套的 我是艺龙高级会员这样的酒店真心不建议入住

酒店位置特别好，房间干净整洁，窗帘是自动的，服务态度好，里面的矿泉水还是百岁山的，房间景色也漂亮，前台接待人特别好，如果有机会再来重庆一定还要住这里，太喜欢这家酒店了。第一天来的时候害怕房间不好，只定了一天，结果第二天想续房都没有房间了，出去住了一晚又回到这里了，真心推荐这家酒店。

这是我在重庆住过性价比最高的酒店，没有之一，各方面都特别棒，房间完全是按照四星级酒店标准来设置，干净，面积大，各类用品都不错，还有就是网速很快很稳定，下次还来住
