环境挺好的，服务呢也还好，然后酒店设施之类的都挺好，我还是比较推荐入住的，就是交通不是很方便啊，好最好是自己有车。

跃层房环境很好正对青山湖水，适合搞团队活动，服务员的态度也很不错，房间的硬件软件设施也可以，称得上是三四星的酒店档次，早餐菜品中规中据，还可以但没特色，团体搞活动在这里聚餐，泡温泉，坐游船，打乒乓，打台球倒是非常不错的场所

酒店虽然装修有点旧了，但是还是维护的不错，卫生环境都很好，海琴滨临海兰湖，负一层的餐厅外面观景台视野很好，每个房间基本都是带着阳台看湖的，景色秀丽。餐厅单独就餐价格也不算高，味道偏粤式。就是不含温泉票，拿房卡去买大人40，儿童25。温泉虽然不大，但是也够泡了，周内的晚上人很少，还有鱼疗帮着修脚了。整体来说，以不到300元的价格住一晚性价比是超高的。

环境清幽，是放松心灵的好地方。服务员都挺好的，话说可以办理会员优惠卡，大致内容是一次缴费几千块，可以入住几十次，算下来每次入住只需要160元左右，如果时间充裕经常去的朋友可以办理这样的会员卡，会员在餐厅消费听说还有折扣。
