几乎每个月我都会在不同的城市住酒店，坦白说，我真的没有想到重庆圣地布达拉酒店的服务如此厚颜无耻，在我离店将近两周后时间依旧在我没有任何其他消费前提下扣住我的住宿押金不予退还，我想知道的是，你们这么做，这么坑消费者，你们投资人知道吗？
