性价比太高了，地方大，床品睡着舒服，早餐还挺好的。卫生间干湿分离，洗完衣服还有一键烘干。整体酒店很高档。

差到令人发指
第一天入住，同行六人定了四间房，下午两点多到的酒店，前台管理混乱。六个人都在前台等办入住，前台一会找不到某人身份证了，一会说没房了。折腾了将近半小时，一共给了三张房卡，并且说办理入住完成了。大家都都准备上楼了，才发现少一张房卡，问了才知道，房间没打扫出来，要半小时。
没办法我只能先去朋友房间坐着，半小时后给前台打电话，让前台用机器人把房卡送上来，前台说之前没办理入住，只能重新下去办理。
办理完成后进房间，推拉门是坏的，洗手液是坏的，打前台让更换维修后出门，晚上回来洗手液依旧不能使用。
第二天更换标间，晚上回来比较晚，睡觉发现枕头有血迹。强忍着恶心把有血迹的枕头扔地上了。第三天早晨给前台反应血迹问题，并要求给个说法。一直到退房没有任何反馈。

Very clean and comfortable hotel, which offers delicious and a variety of western and chinese cuisines. I would also like to thank and appreciate the frontdesk for helping us to order delivery to our rooms twice. I would definitely return to stay in this hotel on my next trip to Chongqing!

The place is new, the quality of the breakfast was good, price is reasonable, the amenities were adequate. The staff were nice to help wash and dry our clothes. Great stay overall!
