本来一切都挺好，可是退房时，前台说你先走吧，晚点押金直接退回信用卡，没有办任何手续，7月23号退房，至今20天，一直没退，今天突然想起查账单，如果没想起来是不是押金就不会退了，电话过去仍未答复，希望贵店抓紧处理来
