酒店位置不错，交通方便，有自己的免费停车场，早餐也还算丰富，打开窗户可以看到长江，前台服务也还不错。

一大家子入住，订了好几间房。酒店位置佳，江边，无敌江景，房间大，有自己的停车场，自驾方便，周边餐饮购物都算方便。酒店前台小姐姐很好，提前打电话说了要求，服务很热心👍入住酒店较晚，可能是过年入住人多了，晚了热水不行，不敢洗澡。因为是两个订单，交了两个押金，退房很快，押金是后来微信自动退。押金当时只退了一个，且被扣了3元，电话联系后，及时退了另一个。问同行的家人都说没消费，3元钱事小，也没继续追问，但酒店应说明消费了什么！

前台小姐姐服务非常好，热情大方。酒店有免费的停车场和早餐，以前也经常来住，出行方便，看风景也不错，附近还有很多好吃的，酒店大门附近就有一个大超市，买东西也挺方便，走两分钟就到了。

这家酒店环境卫生干净整洁床软硬适中比较舒适，24小时热水充足洗澡方便但是卫生间没有挂毛巾的地方我感到很意外，房间灯光非常明亮这一点让我很开心。酒店有自己的停车场方便开车来的顾客，酒店还提供免费的自助早餐饭菜种类和质量一般般吧！酒店周围吃饭的地方很多购物也非常方便，酒店就在江边晚饭后沿着江边走走非常惬意。

酒店位置在长江边，还有环湖路，可以骑自行车适合带孩子游玩。有大型免费停车场，保安很专业。早餐很丰富，稀饭、小炒、面包、水果都有。新装修的，干净，前台小姐姐服务态度好。以后来云阳首选江锦酒店。
