宾馆停车极其方便，外部环境绿化率极高，内部装修一新，宾馆的服务员姐妹们和蔼可亲，笑容可掬，服务非常贴心，自助早餐品种不错，有清淡菜式也有本地菜式，适合不同地域的人。家人都觉得物超所值！

早餐很丰富！房间非常干净整洁舒适，附近吃饭很方便，步行一里路有条饮食街，那里的诸葛烤鱼好吃，去万州已经第二次住这家了。

酒店环境很不错，花园式酒店，房间设施也不错，床很舒服。但是卫生间淋浴下水不通，洗个澡淋浴房全是积水，甚至流得外面都是；另外沐浴用品质量很差，完全不是这个等级酒店应有的水平。

酒店早餐不错，在春节期间住店算是丰盛了，就是喝的东西和甜点有点少，总体来说吃的不错。酒店内部环境不错，停车场挺大的，算是万州地区比较好的酒店了。
