说实话，服务少了两颗星的原因是原本订的两间房间，一个行政房一个是休闲房，休闲房是在艺龙直接支付的房费，行政房是要在酒店前台交纳，但到店入住时竟然说订单只有休闲房没有收到行政房的订单，而且让人不能接受的是前台经理竟然让我们自己去找网站，他们不负责，特别让人生气，后来又说可以给订一间但第二天没房间满员了因为我们订单没收到所以第二天让我们自己想办法去，这太可气了，就入住这个事情在前台折腾了半个多小时，最后才又给了间行政双人床的房间，这个事情虽然解决了，但中间的过程挺不愉快的，我觉得酒店前台经理沟通方式存在问题，没有为客人着想。还好后期解决了。其他酒店服务人员特别好，因为我的房间香气太重，不知道是酒店放的香薰还是清新剂，香气从下午开窗到晚上十点多了都没散尽，我找服务员看电视的时候她主动给我查了下其他房间，虽然最后没有更换房间，但服务员服务很周到。
