酒店和房间都还不错，就是前台那个开单的小妹好像刚刚死了男人样，一张脸一垮起，让客人完全没有被服务的感觉。

住的2号楼标间，周边环境挺好的，就是服务员态度不满意，退房太慢，有种受气的感觉。电话房务中心送卫生纸，都等睡着了，还是没有收到。

办入住和离店等待比较久，入住一直说房间没有打扫出来，不告知等多久。最后给了拐角没有阳台的房间

只能算一般，房间隔音效果真的太差了，假期配套设施不行，一次性拖鞋都没有了，水温不能调，只能是将就用了，

不推荐，还没住过服务这么差的酒店。清明节还不算高峰期，酒店各项服务就已经一副忙不过来的样子。第一天中餐厅吃了三个菜，等了足足一个多小时才上菜。住了两天，居然没有服务员打扫清洁。电视节目也没有上星频道，而是安装的华数TV，非常不方便。房间的枕头高到完全不符合人体工学，晚上睡觉是用衣服折叠当枕头睡的。这个价格这种服务水平，性价比太低，我宁愿去住戴斯温泉酒店了。

比较满意，算是在景区奥陶纪的半山上。酒店大、绿化好，安静空气好，感觉像别墅一样，唯一的遗憾就是浴室的排水设施较差，不过水倒是特别大水温也不差。建议淡季的时候处理一下排水系统呀！没在酒店附近吃东西，开车约十多公里下山进城去吃的。盘山路太厉害了，我这老司机都差点甩晕了！对了，停车就在酒店里，也非常方便！
