酒店房间旧，水龙头也坏了，最后我们扭下龙头来洗的。无闭路电视，只收得到几个台，房间的热空调根本升不了温，好冷，又没窗子，不值得推荐。另，这家温泉也老了，好几个池子都没水，太差了。

酒店整体感觉还不错。。要是温泉池能在多开放一点就好。。房间内座机应该完善一下。。

江景房风景不错，设施有点陈旧，温泉不错，就是温泉池少了点，总体值得再去。

房间还可以，适合休闲度假游。但是，如果你是三口之家带小孩的，只免两个人的温泉票，不管要不要泡温泉，住房间就得补小孩的温泉票。

先客观评价，该酒店的温泉确实很不错！！！有很多泉类，环境很好！而且是24小时开放！但是住宿方面实在是不敢恭维！明明订的商务标准房，直接改成了商务大床房，询问时只扔了句没房间了！这商务大床房没有一扇窗户，空调相当不给力，电视只能收几个台，室内空气极为恶劣，无热水供应，浴袍非常陈旧，甚至有很多破洞，洗面池上的龙头设备也很浪费水......除了工程部人员还有一位温泉门口负责的阿姨态度很好外，年轻女服务员的态度十分不好，感觉非常傲慢无礼！除了温泉得以肯定，这酒店是我住过最差的！关键是价格还这么贵！连住农家乐的感觉都不如！

风景不错，位置虽然不远但有点偏出租司机有些都不认路，出行公交只有371一路。
有些评论不大好但实际住了感觉还行，温泉也不错尤其晚上。
前台速度慢，可能住宿的人真的不多，订了住两晚结果第二天回房发现卡已经被注销了，只能结了一天的帐再延，前台都不知道怎么操作。

酒店房间很大，但是奉劝不要定江景房，宽带是坏的，后来换到豪华单间。服务员态度很好，温泉也很好。晚餐自主也不错！
