真心觉得不错，房间超大，还有免费的矿泉水和糖果赠送，服务热情周到，很放心使用，酒店地理位置也好，去乐和乐都和茶山竹海都很方便，值得推荐！👍👍👍

退房时说我消费了一瓶恒大冰泉，我当时就懵了，什么恒大冰泉，见都没见在哪里。跑上去房间看了下，原来在办公桌旁边那小台子上，当天入住的时候我直接把皮箱放在台子上，刚好挡起了，压根没任何印象，看了一下，真**稀奇，有一瓶真的就被打开了，只有半瓶！我也是醉了，房间送的水我都没动，我自己带的水还有半瓶都放房间里了，我会消费那瓶我压根没任何印象的水？退一步说，我就算消费了，我付钱也是报销，不花自己一分钱，我何苦冒着高铁晚点的风险为了一瓶水在这扯！虽然最后没收钱，但真心如鲠在喉，心情很不好！作为一年200多天飘在外边的出差狗，表示第一次碰到这种情况，被人误解的感觉真是不爽！这钱给也不是，不给也不是，建议酒店好好培训一下查房阿姨，入住之前查好商品是否完整这些应该是她们的责任，总不能让房客自己入住时先仔细检查吧？
不吹不黑，此酒店各方面都不错，性价比很高，除了热水温度控制不太好，卫生间是蹲便以外，其他都没有什么挑剔的推荐！
