房间大，入住体验舒适，由于是假期入住，客人较多，办理入住手续和退房时等待时间稍久，游泳池水温太低希望有所改善，宾客关系部会来积极了解客人的需要（李经理不错，赞一个）

亲子房间是酒店后期依市场改造的，只有不到五间。价格居高不下，但很翘!孩子很喜欢。但房间太大，使得空调效果不是特别好，但也不是没有用。早餐还行，但不符合五星的高级。节假日，全是带孩子来住的，早餐期间乱得一塌糊涂，浪费很多!

总体来说还是不错，前台服务人员较少，等待时间长，态度也是不冷不热，接旅行团，比较吵杂。十分给个六分吧。

很不错房间很大很干净，环境空气都很好，交通也方便，下了高速口很快就可以达到，阳台也很舒服，外面的风景不错
