第一次来重庆旅游在艺龙选择了翰文大酒店，果然没选择错，第一天入住前台服务员很热情，登记好后亲自领我们进电梯全程笑容满面很亲切。入住这天刚好是酒店三周年庆，房间送了一盒水果糖，还有一张手写的卡片，送了大堂水吧的两张饮料卷，棒棒哒。房间也很满意，大落地窗看到洪崖洞那边的江景，舒服啊。

很新的酒店，设施不错，而且打扫很干净，卫生基本无死角，个人感觉比其他很多有名的五星级酒店打扫的要干净。地理位置也不错，早餐也丰盛，泳池和健身房俱全。总之性价比很高！
