现在疫情期间，测体温和环境房间打扫，房间里有每天都有免费口罩以及消毒酒精等等，酒店的服务态度都是不错的，彬彬有礼，温文尔雅，基本上是有求必应。入住性价比特别好，二楼还有棋牌室，还有中餐厅日式餐厅等等，还有基本上的各种设施都有，一楼还有一个卖茶叶的铺子，可以免费喝茶聊天。

服務非常好，有問必答，因為第一天晚上大约八時才到，即時詢問前枱的小哥哥，酒店附近有沒有膳食推介，他們亦細心問我們有沒有甚麼要求，他們推介一閒火煱店給我們。房間亦非常整潔，酒店內健身室都很好，員工非常友善。如果下次再到重慶旅遊都選擇你們酒店

刚到酒店一下车，就有门童江玄拿行李并给了我一张出租车的车牌号卡片，说暂时保留卡片以免行李掉车上了，很贴心。前台美女唐小慧给我升级了江景房，，还给我介绍了周围的美食，服务热情礼貌，房间设施设备不错，江景非常美丽，下次来重庆一定还来这里。

酒店硬件很好，比如：干净、安静、整洁、幽静，离热闹的洪崖洞步行亦可承受的距离。服务也细致入微，比如：恰逢端午，酒店赠送了棕子，又如：前台有数十张名片大小的卡片，详细介绍了前往各热门去处及机场的公共交通，令人印象深刻。希望继续保持，最好不要再涨价。
