31楼风景很好，有山有水，有车有大厦，虽然上下要等几分钟电梯，但住得舒服。就帮了升级豪华房，墙角却有霉斑，3人住3晚，却每天给2人的洗浴用品，留条提醒，还2人的，真无语。其他还好，服务台女热情，大方，满意。
