1点多到的 被告知没有收拾出来的房间 等了五六分钟 说给我们升等换房间 进去后还是定的房间类型 不造为啥 但是细节非常好 房间床品高级 舒适度很高 设计合理 灯具 厕所干净 早餐要表扬下 非常棒 品质高 种类不多 但是足够营养健康。房间整理及时

以后来重庆就他家了 个人属于比较挑剔的 但是这个精品酒店的服务完全到达五星酒店的标准 到了重庆上火牙痛的不行 烧水吃药时发现壶有点水垢 就是反映了一下 阿姨连忙要求帮助清洗 又怕耽误吃药竟然拿来新的烧水壶 很感动 完全以顾客的需求为本位 用心来做事 另外值得一提的是他家的下午茶 咖啡超赞 有路过的朋友一定要尝尝呦
