房间有老鼠，看见服务员为了一个鸡蛋和客人吵架，一个以三星级酒店自称，就是一人一个鸡蛋，一位老人说没有拿到，服务员说给了。就为了一个鸡蛋和客人吵起来，也没有工作人员来处理，其他服务员就在旁边看热闹。这是我见过最糟糕的酒店了
