进入酒店时门生像没看到，订酒店时预付未接到任何确认电话，导致昨晚空房，今天亦未能调换。感觉老板太抠门，没有连锁星级品牌的专业服务。

偶然的一次入住，却收获莫大惊喜，酒店设施，环境，服务，早餐一流，虽位置略偏，乘车不太方便，但服务员每早帮我叫的士完全弥补了这一不足。下次再入住。
