酒店设施和位置很好，门口就是观音桥步行街，高中低档的商业体都很完善，背街小巷子的接地气小店和小吃也很多！但是酒店大堂比较小，门口停车位有限，然后地下车库是和协信广场共用的，停车位紧张而且高峰时段排队很长，地下三层电梯不能直达，早餐种类在五星级酒店里不能算多。

地理位置佳，服务态度好！各方面都挺好的，位置也不错，附近有大商场，购物方便。电梯是刷卡才能乘坐的，比较安全。早餐的地方挺高大上的，选择也多，环境也好。酒店有很舒服的香味，还送饼干，附近有大商场，购物方便。电梯是刷卡才能乘坐的，比较安全。
